Aquarius - Summer 2006

LIFE

Let's face it, whatever you've achieved so far this year has been entirely down to you: you've had little or no support, in fact you've realized that you have serious competitors. During this part of 2006, you bounce back, and make some radical alterations to your life-style. These may come in the form of taking time out from a job to pursue a study course, or to attend to personal/family priorities. This is a year when you reach more than one cross-roads, and the right way to go, as always, is with the heart. August brings more than one situation to crunch point, and you could have cause to comment what-goes-around-comes-around.

LOVE

Saturn is not the warmest and fluffiest planet to have transiting your relationship zone, but the upside is that a good relationship will get even stronger and a bad one will crumble. August - especially on or near the 7th, 9th, 21st and 26th - produces the kinds of events that test a relationship; it is also a premium month in which to marry, and for Mr Right to appear. You meet your Waterloo under Saturn - or is that your soul-mate? You may also have noticed that the sign of Capricorn tends to figure in your life more prominently, and if you meet someone of that sign on or near the aforementioned dates, this person has an enormous role to play in your life - a Teacher and a Partner.

WORK AND FINANCE

Talk about booms and slumps. Money is at extremes between now and Christmas: there could be unexpected reasons for a major financial outlay (who said charity begins at home?) and a wonderful bonus. September is the hot month for money, and the purchase of a home abroad, or matters related to a second home, could be the reason why. On the other hand, if you are extricating yourself from a contract or a marriage, both August and September put you on the defensive, so don't be too aggressive in your demands - this is all about fair-play. Career-wise, Jupiter is helping you make a name for yourself, and the best investments of all could and should be made in your career.

HOME AND LIFESTYLE

Once you come to terms with the fact that this year is hard work, the rest will be easy. Whether you're trying to add to your family's happiness or endeavouring to make personal and domestic improvements, while your ideas and intentions are great, getting other people to cooperate is a whole other matter. Keep your plans for the summer as low key as you can: I'm not saying that major gatherings and excursions won't be wonderful but they will require effort. There is a strong link to water in your chart, so aside from heading off to the sea-side or the fjords, being by water will prove inspiring and comforting.
